I work with anyone who’s had an inkling that there’s got to be a better way to go through life but continue to struggle with dissatisfaction, frustration, and limiting beliefs. I’ve developed a 3-Phase method for helping people 1) Free themselves from the dysfunctional programming they may have inherited while growing up; 2) Discover their true self and unique purpose; and 3) Learn to think constructively so they can create a more ideal life for themselves.
Why is building a tribe important to you?
Building a tribe is important to me because in my heart I know my purpose in this world involves making a much larger positive impact on the world than I could with my practice alone. I’ve tried the old model of reaching a greater audience in the past without success and I do believe that building a tribe is the way to make the positive impact on the world I’m looking to make.
What excites you most about building a tribe?
Moving beyond the 1:1 model of my practice. With a tribe, I can exponentially increase the impact I want to have on the world.
What do you see as being your biggest challenge in building a tribe?
For me, it’s about learning how to start and getting that initial critical mass into the tribe. I do believe that, similar to my practice, by being authentic to who I am and my genuine desire to help people live more ideal lives that I can grow my tribe and impact the world in the way I meant to.
What is the legacy that you would like to leave on planet earth?
To spread peace and love throughout the world by helping as many people as possible free themselves from their fear-based ego minds, discover their true selves and then teach them to become conscious creators of their ideal lives.
Tell us one thing about yourself that not many people know?
Every year for my birthday I go to the ocean by myself, walk out onto the rocks and sit for an hour or so. I reflect on the last year and think about my dreams for the next year. The sound of the ocean helps me hear that inner voice and it’s one of the best ways of regrounding me with my true self and discovering more and more of what my purpose is.
How would you describe your life outside of business?
I live outside of Boston, MA in the US with my husband, and two teenage children. When I’m not working in my practice or on my tribe, I’m spending time with my family, rooting my daughter on in volleyball and my son in baseball. We also have a giant 80 lb Goldendoodle named Champ who brings so much love and joy to our family.
